By downloading, accessing, or using the Sparkz Party mobile application ("the App") or website at kidzspark.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Sparkz Party is a mobile application that helps parents plan and manage children's birthday parties. Features include themed party invitations with video, RSVP tracking, gift pot contributions, lift share coordination, group messaging, and photo sharing.
To use certain features, you must create an account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Creating and publishing a party invitation requires a party credit, priced at £9.99 per credit. Party credits are non-refundable once used to publish a party. Guests joining a party via invitation code do not need to purchase credits.
Gift pot contributions are processed through Stripe. Sparkz Party does not handle or store payment card information directly.
You retain ownership of all content you upload, including photos, videos, and messages. By uploading content, you grant Sparkz Party a limited licence to store and display the content to other party participants as part of the service.
You must not upload content that is:
Sparkz Party is designed for parents and guardians to organise children's parties. The App is not intended for use by children under 13. Parents and guardians are responsible for all content shared relating to their children.
You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: attempting to access other users' accounts, interfering with the service's operation, using the service for any unlawful purpose, or creating parties for purposes other than genuine social gatherings.
Sparkz Party is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the App or email.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
