In addition to her parents, she is survived by her brother, Layne Jennings Dodson; paternal grandparents, Paul Dodson and his wife, Ladena, of Churchville; maternal grandparents, Jeff May and his wife, Shelby of Staunton; paternal great-grandfather, Doyce McWhorter of Churchville; paternal great-grandmother, Hazel Dodson and her companion, Rodney Talley of Churchville; maternal great-grandmother, Juanita May of Swoope; maternal great-grandparents, Homer Eutsler and his wife, Norma of Staunton. She was born July 29, 1954 in Staunton, Virginia, daughter of the late Emma Wallace and Earl Lewis and step-mother Jean Lewis Washington.
