A multidisciplinary team which includes psychologists, psychiatrists and psychiatric nurses providing assessment and care for people with HIV and mental health problems who are receiving treatment at Chelsea & Westminster Hospital. on 7December2022. The service supports and encourages people with disabilities and long-term conditions to recover their health, cope with health problems, and achieve the best possible quality of independent life.
